Senior Disrepair PlannerSalary: Up to GBP31,600 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full–time, Permanent
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Disrepair Planner to coordinate complex housing disrepair cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.Manage workloads and optimise trade diaries.Plan and coordinate disrepair works from inspection through to completion.Liaise with contractors, internal teams and key stakeholders.Ensure resources, materials and approvals are in place.Monitor complex cases and provide regular updates.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.Support and develop the wider scheduling team.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
Experience within housing repairs, disrepair or property services.A good understanding of the housing disrepair process.Previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating repairs.Strong leadership and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder–management skills.The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively.A strong customer–focused approach.Apply TodayIf you have experience in housing repairs, disrepair planning or repairs scheduling and are looking for a permanent senior position, we d love to hear from you.
