Your new companyHays are currently partnered with an SME Property Consultancy based in London who are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the team. The role is seeking someone with 18+ Months of PQE experience specialising in Commercial Property Management to join the growing business.

Your new role

Experience in the commercial property management / surveying sectorExperience of setting and management of service charge budgetsAbility to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property managementWorking knowledge of L&TAbility to manage your own diary, prioritising key workloadsStakeholder management in a client-facing roleExperience of using property management accounting systemsHelping and supporting junior team members mentoring through their APC What you'll need to succeed

RICS accredited degreeMRICS qualified (desirable)3+ years professional experienceIT literate (Microsoft packages) What you'll get in return
