Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 basic (DOE) OTE up to 100,000

A well–established estate agency in Battersea is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join its busy and successful team. This role suits someone confident in sales, committed to delivering results, and looking to develop within a strong London market.

Key Responsibilities

Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable propertiesConduct viewings and provide a high level of customer serviceNegotiate offers between buyers and vendorsGenerate new business through calls, database work, and local activityMaintain relationships with clients throughout the sales processSupport the team in winning instructions and driving revenueProgress agreed sales through to completion

Requirements

Experience in estate agency, property sales, or a similar sales roleStrong negotiation and communication skillsTarget–driven with a proactive approachProfessional and well–presentedKnowledge of the local area is beneficialThis is a strong opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to build their career in a high–demand London market.
