We are seeking an energetic and motivated experienced Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Negotiate effectively to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Manage your time efficiently to prioritise tasks, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals Maintain organised records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow–up actions. Candidate

Proven experience and ability within a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience within the Property sector desirable however, not essentail. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Valid driving license for travel between client sites or stores as needed. Knowledge of IT systems, CRM tools, and basic organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast–paced environment. Full Driving Licence and own car essential. Package

Basic salary to GBP35,000 (dependent on experience). Attractive on target earnings GBP50,000 – GBP60,000) which are very achievable. Company benefits.
