Description

Whitehouse Machine Tools a CNC specialist based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. Their portfolio of machine tools include an extensive range of high quality, highly productive CNC milling machines and CNC turning machines.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced individual on a fixed term contract to support the sales team

Maintain and update internal systems, records, and sales documentation Process customer orders and raise purchase orders accurately. Track live orders and maintain critical path schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Produce and maintain customer order books and update purchase order information as required. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to obtain order updates. Review reports and shipping documentation. Handle customer enquiries and provide updates General day to day administrative tasks Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a Sales Administrator position. Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
