Location: Walsall

Start Date: 14th August

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Duration: Initially 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a project based in Walsall, starting on 14th August.

The role will be working on the kitchen and bathroom stream, liaising with residents and supporting the smooth delivery of planned works. You will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the process and that any queries or concerns are handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with residents before, during and after worksSupporting the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishmentsBooking appointments and providing updates to residentsHandling queries, complaints and general communicationWorking closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered smoothlyMaintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Resident Liaison Officer roleExperience working within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment would be beneficialStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to build positive relationships with residents and site teamsA basic DBS check will be requiredThis is an initial 6–week contract, with the possibility of being extended.
