Resident Liaison Officer Bristol GBP25,396 - GBP32,000 per annum Permanent Full-Time Driving Licence Required Role Overview We're currently working with a leading contractor within the social housing sector who are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to support delivery across planned works and refurbishment programmes. This is a key role acting as the bridge between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring works are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption and a strong focus on customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works programmesProvide clear communication around timelines, works, and potential disruptionArrange and attend resident meetings, drop-ins, and home visitsSupport vulnerable residents during worksManage and resolve complaints and queries, escalating where requiredCoordinate with site teams, contractors, and housing teamsAssist with access arrangements and schedulingMonitor works on-site to ensure standards and resident respect are maintainedMaintain accurate records, logs, and resident engagement reports RequirementsPrevious experience in a Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer / Housing or Customer-Facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience handling complaints and difficult conversationsOrganised with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsGood IT skills (Microsoft Office / systems)Full UK Driving Licence What's on OfferCompetitive salary up to GBP32,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysExcellent progression and development opportunitiesLife assurance + private medicalRetail discounts and wellbeing supportEnhanced family leave and sick pay Interested?
