We're recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a busy responsive repairs team in Bedfordshire.
You'll be responsible for:
Supervising up to 30 trade operatives and contractors
Allocating and monitoring responsive repair works
Carrying out site inspections, diagnostics and quality checks
Managing labour, materials, timescales and performance
Ensuring works meet health & safety, regulatory and contractual standards
Providing technical support and dealing professionally with customers and contractors
We're looking for:
A qualified/experienced building trades professional with proven supervisory experience, knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates, and a strong understanding of building regulations and H&S.
