We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established and reputable property maintenance company.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive maintenance and repair services across West, North and East London. You will be responsible for leading a team of directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and organisational skills, driving operational performance while delivering an outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works. Plan and coordinate workloads to maximise productivity and ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently achieved. Monitor the quality of completed repairs through regular site inspections and audits, taking corrective action where necessary. Manage team performance by providing coaching, guidance and regular feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Ensure work orders, variations and associated documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with contractual requirements. Work closely with scheduling, customer service and contract management teams to maintain an efficient flow of work and resolve operational issues.
