As a Repairs Administrator in Salford, you'll play a vital role in supporting the property team by coordinating repair requests and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Description

Log and track repair requests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Coordinate schedules for maintenance teams and contractors. Communicate with tenants and stakeholders to provide updates on repair progress. Monitor and manage repair budgets and costs. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all property maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all repair activities. Handle general administrative tasks to support the property department. Respond promptly to urgent repair issues and escalate as necessary. Profile

A successful Repairs Administrator should have:

Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience in managing schedules and coordinating tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Familiarity with property maintenance or repairs processes is desirable.
