Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Cheadle, Reading or Crawley (with UK Wide Travel)

What you'll be doing

Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover Managing budgets with transparency and confidence Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects Overseeing small works and maintaining a "no surprises" culture What you'll bring

Experience delivering major construction or fit-out projects A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA ) The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication Why you'll love being part of this team
