What you will be doing:

Managing renewals for a portfolio of Real Estate insurance clientsPreparing detailed market presentations for property portfoliosNegotiating terms with insurers across property and liability classesHandling complex mid term adjustments across multi site schedulesSupporting senior colleagues on larger, strategic Real Estate accountsActing as a day to day contact for clients and insurersAs an Account Handler in this environment, you will be expected to understand how Real Estate insurance programmes are structured.
