The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and sustainability. While experience in civil engineering projects is preferred, we are open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct measurement and valuations Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts Monitor and review the financial performance of contracts Provide project performance reports to senior management Communicate with clients regarding project performance Ensure timely customer payments within contract terms Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts Price projects before contract agreement Requirements:

Preferred: A degree in Quantity Surveying, but we also accept equivalent qualifications like HND or HNC. Essential: Knowledge of NEC3/4 forms of contract Interest in obtaining a relevant professional body membership, e.g., CICES or RICS Experience in General Civil Engineering projects Strong commitment to safety Drive, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills A FULL UK manual car driving license with no more than 6 points Why Join?
