Quantity Surveyor – BESS

Contract | £400 - £450 per day | Fully Remote | 12 months

If you’re a contract QS who knows your way around live construction packages but doesn’t particularly fancy spending five days a week trekking to site, this one could be worth a look.

We’re supporting a major energy infrastructure project that’s now well into delivery, with civils underway and significant electrical/M&E packages coming through.

They’re looking for an additional QS to join an established commercial team and take ownership of those electrical packages rather than simply sit in the background processing paperwork.

Working as part of a small project team you’ll be managing subcontract packages through delivery, covering payment applications, variations, instructions and general commercial management, alongside getting involved in pre-contract negotiations for upcoming electrical packages.

You’ll have experience across energy, utilities, electrical/M&E or similar infrastructure projects. xjnqpsq BESS or wider renewables experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential – we’re more interested in finding somebody who has genuinely managed electrical packages and can operate with a bit of initiative.
