Salary: 30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 75,000+)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results–driven Sales Negotiator to join a busy property buying team. You will help homeowners across the UK achieve fast and hassle–free property sales.

The role involves managing enquiries, negotiating offers, and guiding vendors from initial contact through to completion. Experience in property buying is essential, and a strong background in sales will help you thrive in this fast–paced, target–driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaignsRespond to inbound enquiries from potential vendorsExplain the property buying process in a clear and professional mannerBuild and maintain trusting relationships with homeownersNegotiate and agree purchase termsOversee property sales from enquiry to completionKeep accurate records of all leads and ongoing transactions

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in property buying (essential)Strong sales and negotiation abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast–paced, target–focused environmentHighly motivated, proactive, and goal–orientedStrong organisational skills and attention to detail
