Description
We are looking for a Full-time experienced Residential Lettings Property Manager for this excellent Residential Lettings office in Leigh on Sea, Essex for a 9-month Fixed-term position.
This is a maternity cover position with the potential to become permanent.
What will you be doing as a Property Manager:
Providing a knowledgeable and welcoming customer service experience for Landlords and Tenants of the Homes we manage.
The Property Manager Package:
Basic salary GBP30,000paPlus monthly bonus scheme20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with entitlement increasing with length of serviceContributory PensionMonday to Friday 9am to 6pmMobile phone allowancePetrol allowanceMain Purpose of the Property Manager Role:
Communicating with clients, landlords and tenants dailyDealing with maintenance issues in accordance with the landlord's instructionsNegotiating end of tenancy deposit returnsEnsure all legislation is met before each let - EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, smoke, and monoxide detectorsBooking inventories / checkoutsNegotiating tenancy renewals and rent increasesProperty InspectionsSending routine visit reports to landlords and acting on any issues raised as a result of these visitsProcessing invoicesDealing with telephone, email, and face to face enquiries on a day-to-day basis.Negotiating move-in datesDrawing up tenancy agreementsYou would be working Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
What will it take to be successful as a Property Manager:
Previous experience in the Residential Property Management is essential.Confident and enjoy dealing with and meeting new people, as this is a customer facing roleHigh level of accuracyAbility to organise your workload and meet multiple deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalBe a motivated team member and also have the ability to use your own initiativePassion to provide a high level of client care and demonstrate the Company shared valuesExperience in a customer facing environmentFull driving licence and use of own vehicle which is covered by business insuranceIf you have the current relevant experience for this role please do not hesitate, APPLY TODAY and submit your CV.
