Property Manager / Block Manager Hybrid Manchester – GBP35,000
We re working with a longstanding, regional Property Management company who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:
Hybrid working (3–4 days from home) reporting into a Manchester office during probation and 1–2 days per week thereafter 9–5 Mon–Fri working hours Overseeing a local portfolio of long retained blocks, focused on budgets, site visits and major works Zero Admin / Resident queries to deal with these are all taken care of centrally on your behalf by a separate team ensuring an excellent work life balance (you ll never get bogged down with emails/calls to respond to!) Managing contractors, ensuring standards are maintained according to lease/contracts/SLA s 1–2 years autonomous portfolio management experience required Professional qualification beneficial but not essential and can be supported in post Excellent career path and training The successful Property Manager / Block Manager can expect a starting salary up to GBP35k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
