Job Title: Contract Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Enfield, Greater London

Sector: Industrial & Logistics (Fit-Out)

Duration: Contract until February 2027

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of a major industrial fit-out scheme in Enfield. This is a dedicated contract role running from now until February 2027. You will take full financial ownership of the project through its delivery and final account stages, maximizing commercial performance and managing subcontractor risk.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project cash flows.

Produce monthly valuation reports.

Finalize remaining subcontractor procurement.

Assess subcontractor variation claims.

Certify monthly subcontractor payments.

Identify project financial risks.

Develop mitigation strategies early.

Price client variation orders.

Agree final account figures.

Attend weekly progress meetings.

Collaborate closely with site management.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 4 years experience.

Industrial fit-out sector background.

Main contractor employment history.

Strong JCT contract knowledge.

Immediate or short-notice availability.

Valid CSCS card required.

Excellent negotiation skills possessor.

Advanced MS Excel capability.
