About the opportunity:

Working exclusively with my client, I m seeking an experienced Enabling Works Project Manager to deliver demolition, RC frame and basement projects worth up to GBP10M across Central London (Zones 1 & 2).

As an Enabling Works Project Manager, strong planning, programming and logistical management skills are essential for delivering complex projects in challenging, space-restricted environments.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you ll lead site teams, manage project delivery, costs and programmes, and play a key role within the senior management team of a successful, privately owned contractor.

My client is a GBP150M+ privately owned enabling works contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the City, with packages reaching GBP35M.

About the benefits and rewards:

Salary: GBP85,000 GBP110,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability. Benefits: Generous package including private healthcare and pension. Travel: All travel expenses covered. Qualifications: Ideally degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a similar discipline. Experience: 5 10 years of career progression from Site Engineer through to Project Management. Contractor background: Experience working for a reputable contractor delivering technically challenging projects across London. Sector experience: Strong background in demolition and general enabling works, including demolition, substructure and superstructure. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, standard email systems and Asta Powerproject for planning and programming. How to apply:
