Project Manager

Description

CSS Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our client.

Head office is based in Lymm and would require to travel to sites.

About the Role

Run projects from start to finish, project can vary and can be up to GBP300,000, managing them from initial survey through to completion while working closely with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing site set-up and mobilisation.

- Have ownership and responsibility on the day-to-day management of project delivery up to GBP300,000.

- Experienced in managing direct labour, subcontractors, and the local supply chain.

- Sound understanding of CDM Regulations

- Experience in managing multi-trade projects on time and to budget

- Travelling across the M62 and M1 corridor, with occasional requirement to cover further afield as required.

- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

- Supporting project close-out, including invoicing.

- Carrying out site surveys and pricing small works.

- Generating additional project opportunities and supporting business growth.

- Working towards obtaining Security Clearance (SC), with existing SC clearance or British nationality due to client site requirements.

Requirements:

SMSTS CSCS Card Preferably Gas Project Management experience - Although will consider individuals with AC, Ventilation or Civils backgrounds too. Our client is more looking for the right person who has the companies core values.

Initial interviews will be held of Teams.

Company laptop, Company tablet, Choice of a company van or car allowance (5k), Monthly mobile phone allowance if you use your own phone for work, 25days + 8 days BH plus and extra day off for your birthday.
