Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a full time and permanent basis based in Leicestershire with regular travel to various offices within the UK.

Location: Leicester (regular travel to offices across the UK required)

Salary: Circa 55,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full–time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced, commercially aware Project Manager to lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and public sector projects. Working closely with clients, directors and multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to manage complex projects, build strong client relationships and contribute to the development of the company's project management function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of large and complex projects across multiple disciplines.Oversee residential, commercial and public sector projects from inception to completion.Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and quality standards.Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.Chair client, consultant and design team meetings, providing regular project updates.Prepare and maintain project plans, identifying risks and implementing practical solutions.Coordinate third–party approvals and maintain effective communication with authorities and consultants.Agree fee proposals, manage project timescales and ensure clear communication throughout delivery.Support the implementation of a consistent company–wide project management system.Contribute to the growth of the project management team, including mentoring future colleagues.Travel nationally to support projects when required.Professional Responsibilities

Complete a minimum of 12 days' CPD annually.Work collaboratively across all departments.Uphold company values, customer service standards and the Customer Charter.Follow all quality, health & safety, environmental and wellbeing policies.Maintain accurate WIP, invoicing, resource tracking, timesheets and expenses.Support client care, including monthly fee quote follow–ups.Contribute to staff meetings and wider business initiatives.Hold a full, clean UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use.About You

You'll be an organised and confident Project Manager with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll be proactive, commercially minded and comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
