This is a business with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value fa??ade packages, where quality, innovation and client relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

We're looking for an inspirational leader who can drive project performance, mentor high-performing teams and deliver exceptional commercial and operational results across multiple major projects.

This is a genuine board-level leadership opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.

The RoleAs Projects Director, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fa??ade projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with the Operations Director and senior leadership team, you'll oversee project strategy, profitability, programme delivery, client relationships and the development of your project teams.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading multiple high-value fa??ade and cladding projectsDriving profitability, programme and quality across your portfolioSupporting pre-construction on key tenders and project strategyBuilding, mentoring and developing Project Managers and delivery teamsMaintaining exceptional client and stakeholder relationshipsChampioning Health & Safety and operational excellenceManaging project risk, governance and commercial performanceEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsAbout YouYou'll already be operating at Projects Director, Senior Contracts Director or Regional Operations level within the fa??ade, curtain walling or cladding industry.

You'll possess:
