Bournemouth / Christchurch / Poole 34,345 - 37,238 per annum + Overtime & Call-Out Opportunities

Are you an experienced Plumber Multi looking for a secure, permanent role with excellent benefits, a company van, and opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime and call-out work?

A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

Plumbing repairs and maintenanceInstallation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showersKitchen sink installationsPipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systemsRepair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittingsWater supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairsInstallation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machinesCold water storage tank maintenance and renewalBasic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required

To be successful, you'll need:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or at least 5 years' relevant plumbing experienceExperience working in occupied propertiesStrong customer service skillsA good understanding of health and safety best practiceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamConfidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAsFull UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experienceDesirable:
