We are looking for an experienced Plumber / Bathroom Fitter to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out bathroom installations within occupied residential properties.

A company van and fuel card are provided as the role involves travelling between customer homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRemove and install complete bathroom suites.Fit baths, basins, toilets, showers, shower trays and wet room formers.Complete associated wall and floor tiling.Carry out carpentry works including:

Pipe boxingBath frameworksReplacing timber and chipboard flooringPly boarding floorsDeliver work safely and to a high standard within occupied homes.Provide excellent customer service.Essential ExperienceNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) or at least 5 years' plumbing experience.Strong bathroom fitting experience.Competent in tiling.Good carpentry skills.Experience working in occupied properties.Strong understanding of Health & Safety.Able to use mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs.Full UK driving licence with at least one year's driving experience.CSCS card desirable.Working HoursFull-time40 hours per weekOvertime and call-out available to increase earningsInterested?
