Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, working in partnership with Harrow Council and covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.

Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.

Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.

Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.

Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.

Participating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)

Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
