Multi Trade Plumbers (x2) – Repairs Team (Tenanted Properties)
Location: South Birmingham
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Rate: Competitive
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided (work strictly within South Birmingham only)
We are recruiting two experienced Multi Trade Plumbers to join a busy Repairs Team carrying out works in tenanted social housing properties throughout South Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with consistent, local work and potential for a permanent role.
Role Requirements:
NVQ or JIB qualified in Plumbing
Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance essential
Ability to carry out basic multi–trade repairs (e.g. minor carpentry or tiling) desirable
Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
Willing to undertake a DBS check
