Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well–known company based in the Surrey, Walton–On–Thames area who are looking for a highly skilled Planner (Disrepair Team) to join their team.

Purpose of the Job – Planner (Disrepair Team)

Schedule and Coordinate Repairs: Plan and manage repair works for properties reported with disrepair issues, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Liaise with Contractors and Residents: Communicate with contractors, residents, and internal teams to organise access, confirm work requirements, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Monitor Work Progress: Track the progress of ongoing repair jobs, ensuring they meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of planned works, contractor activities, and resident communications; prepare regular reports for management.

Support Case Management: Assist the disrepair team in prioritising urgent cases, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring resident satisfaction is maintained.
