Description

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: West Midlands (Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of a leading construction company based in the West Midlands. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's diary, inbox, meetings, and travel arrangements, whilst preparing presentations, reports, and meeting documentation. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate communications, organise meetings and events, maintain confidential records, and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the Managing Director's office.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management, together with excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of 30,000 - 40,000 per annum, a supportive working environment, company pension, on-site parking, and the opportunity to join a well-established and growing construction business.
