PAINTER & DECORATOR - HIGH-END COMMERCIAL PROJECT

Location: Central London

Rate: 23 per hour CIS

Start: ASAP

Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a high-end commercial building in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work, with a strong focus on preparation, attention to detail and achieving an excellent finish.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter & DecoratorPrevious experience working on high-end commercial projectsExcellent attention to detail and quality of finishValid IPAF 3A & 3BValid Blue CSCS CardReliable, professional and hardworkingAble to work safely at height and around MEWPsDuties will include:

High-quality internal painting and decoratingSurface preparation, sanding, filling and primingApplying paint and finishes to a high standardDetailed preparation and finishing workWorking from MEWPs where requiredProtecting surrounding areas and maintaining a clean and tidy work environmentEnsuring all work is completed to a high-end standardThis is a long-term position with ongoing work for the right candidate.

23 per hour CIS

Immediate start available.

Only experienced candidates with IPAF 3A & 3B and a valid Blue CSCS Card will be considered.
