New Homes Sales Negotiator

Location: North London

Salary GBP25,000 – GBP40,000 (Depending on Level of Experience) + 10% Personal Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am 3pm – Every other Saturday off

The role will require you to;

Drive sales and meet the sales targets Work on–site selling off plan property To report to the New Homes Sales Manager Build and maintain positive relationships with clients The candidate requirements are as follows;

Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal Well–presented Excellent time management Social media skills a bonus Reapit experience preferred
