You'll ideally have experience in housing management, neighbourhood management, tenancy management or a similar customer–facing role. Experience dealing with ASB, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding or vulnerable residents would be advantageous, but most importantly you'll have the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem–solving.

You'll be organised, resilient and comfortable managing a busy caseload while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
