Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, start 12/10/2026, min 1 month

UCLH sites, London

Start ASAP

Minimum 2-month contract

45 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

PAYE: 21.64 per hour, PAYE Umbrella: 28.17 per hour

Overtime: PAYE 32.46 / PAYE Umbrella 42.26 per hour

Double time: PAYE 43.28 / PAYE Umbrella 56.35 per hour

Tech-People are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distance of each other.

The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance across the sites, with a strong mechanical/HVAC/M&E background required.

Key responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF20Complete allocated maintenance tasksAttend reactive maintenance callsCarry out general mechanical, HVAC and M&E maintenanceWork across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distanceEnsure all work is completed safely and to the required standardsRequirements:

Enhanced DBS clearanceMechanical qualificationsStrong mechanical / HVAC / M&E maintenance backgroundPrevious experience in a maintenance environmentGood communication skills and a professional approachImportant:
