Multi–Skilled Operatives – Reactive Social Housing Repairs (Reading / Basingstoke / Thatcham)

Our client is currently looking for 2 experienced Multi–Skilled Operatives to join a busy reactive maintenance contract covering social housing properties across Reading, Basingstoke, and Thatcham.

This is ongoing work with a well established contractor working on the Home Group contract.

Key duties:

Reactive maintenance and day–to–day repairs

Door adjustments and general carpentry works

Flooring repairs and renewals

Basic plumbing, patch repairs, and general maintenance

Working across occupied social housing properties

Completing jobs to a high standard while providing excellent tenant care

Requirements:

Proven experience in reactive maintenance or social housing repairs

Multi–trade background preferred

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Own tools and transport preferred

CSCS card preferred
