We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong wet trade skills to join our property maintenance team in Chelmsford.

This is a varied role involving responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishments across residential homes. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Carry out bricklaying, plastering and tiling repairs. Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works. Prepare void properties ready for new occupants. Undertake general property maintenance and repair tasks. Work efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard. Deliver a professional and customer-focused service in occupied properties. About You Proven experience in bricklaying, plastering and tiling. Confident working independently and managing your own workload. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence is essential. What's on Offer Competitive salary of GBP38,000 GBP42,000 depending on experience. Permanent, full-time position.
