Multiskilled Operative - Cornwall

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a maintenance service on minor works projects in Social Housing properties. Travelling all around Cornwall to do all manner of minor domestic maintenance work so someone based centrally would be desirable but not essential as long as you are ok with some travelling.

Benefits:

Temp to perm role offering GBP34-36,000 per annum plus van and fuel card.

20 hours holiday plus bank holidays.

Weekly pay.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

All aspects of maintenance work on social housing propertiesMinor worksCompleting a variety of works in various trades to the spec requiredGood plumbing skills would be desirableTiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external works etcDriving a work van safely and responsiblyDealing with customers when required keeping them informed and happy with the work Reporting to your supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

Good multi-trade experienceGood attitudeHonest and reliablePlumbing or Carpentry qualification/ core trade desirableSocial housing/ domestic maintenance experienceFull UK driving license

Our client will do a DBS check due to the nature of the work.
