Multi Trade Operative – CornwallWe're looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on homes across Cornwall.

You'll be working in both empty and occupied properties, so you need to be polite, reliable, and take pride in your work. Most jobs will be completed on your own, so you should be confident working independently.

What you'll be doing:

General property repairs and maintenance

Carpentry – doors, locks, kitchens, fencing

Basic plumbing – taps, leaks, toilets and sinks

Tiling and patch repairs

Painting and decorating

Fixing problems on the first visit where possible

Completing work safely and to a high standard

Updating job records and reporting to your supervisor

Driving a company van between jobs

What you'll need:

Experience as a Multi Trade Operative

Good all round skills in carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance

Relevant Qualifications

Full UK driving licence

Good customer service skills

Experience in social housing or domestic work is an advantage
