We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on a busy social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract across Bolton.This is a temporary position offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.

Basic joinery repairs and maintenancePatch plastering and making goodMinor plumbing repairsPainting and decorating touch-upsGeneral maintenance and multi-trade worksReactive and planned maintenance tasksEnsuring work is completed to a high standard within agreed timescalesWorking professionally within occupied social housing propertiesWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a multi-trade roleStrong skills across a range of trades including joinery, plastering, plumbing, and general repairsExperience working within social housing environmentsFull UK Driving LicenceOwn tools
