Multi-Skilled Electrician (Electrical Bias)
Port Talbot
£23.00 - £24.00 per hour Umbrella
£20.00 - £20.82 per hour PAYE Premium
Immediate Start 1 Month Contract
We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join a maintenance team working within a large healthcare facility in Port Talbot.
The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installation works across electrical systems and associated building services, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Complete reactive maintenance and repair tasks
Diagnose and rectify faults on electrical systems and equipment
Undertake minor installation works
Support mechanical, water and building fabric maintenance where required
Maintain plant rooms, workshops and storage areas
Update maintenance records and asset information
Identify and report additional work requirements
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site standards
Shift Patterns
Days: 08:00 - 16:30
Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00
Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or higher
18th Edition Qualification
CSCS Blue Card
Experience in planned and reactive xjnqpsq maintenance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
Standard DBS required before start
34 days holiday entitlement
No driving licence required
No night shifts
This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician available to start immediately on a well-paid maintenance contract.
