Description

Caseload Management - Proactively monitor, review and prioritise the team’s caseloads to ensure progress at the optimum rate. Encouraging team members to support the delivery of all aspects of the learner cohort’s development.

· Progress and engage with learners, effectively managing own caseload, so as to ensure maximum completion rate with appropriate documentation completed in a timely fashion.

Maintain robust assessment/ verification and MIS monitoring systems accurately. xjnqpsq

· Review portfolios on an ongoing basis, advising and developing assessor’s capabilities according to any patterns or trends identified, so that the maximum numbers of learners are completed to the appropriate standards and timescales.

·Promote an understanding of the standards required for each contract, so that the assessor team are conscious of the failed outcomes
