THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of working within the Facilities Management and Building Services industry providing maintenance to a range of HVAC plant and associated equipment. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in mechanical maintenance engineering and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be appropriately qualified with a proven track record of operating in commercial environments and be responsible for day to day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services.

In return for your experience and expertise, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary cGBP40,000 . For benefits are on offer including, Vehicle, Pension, Specialist Tools, PPE, as well as the chance to pick up over time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technically qualified in Mechanical Engineering. (City & Guilds, HNC etc) F–Gas (Desirable) Computer literate. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
