Description
Catch 22 are recruiting for a Multi Trade Maintenance Operative on behalf of a leading specialist care provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well–established National Maintenance Team responsible for maintaining residential care homes across your designated region.
This is a varied, field–based role where you'll carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general property upkeep, helping to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out reactive and planned maintenance worksComplete general building repairs, carpentry, plumbing and decorating tasksDiagnose faults and identify practical maintenance solutionsUpdate works completed using a digital job management systemLiaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficientlyMaintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service About You: Previous experience within property maintenance or a recognised tradeGood all–round maintenance knowledgeStrong problem–solving skills and a proactive approachAble to work independently and manage your own workloadExcellent communication and customer service skillsFull UK Driving Licence essential Package: 30,000 salary (opportunities to develop)Company van and fuel cardGBP130 monthly on–call allowancePaid emergency call–outs and authorised overtimeMobile phone, tablet, tools and PPE provided28 days annual leave including bank holidaysLife insurance, Employee Assistance Programme and additional employee benefits If you're a hands–on maintenance professional looking for a role with variety, autonomy and genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
