Residential Lettings Manager Dorchester

Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP40,000, with OTE of GBP38,000 to GBP45,000

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager

Proactively win new instructions to expand the lettings portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide high–quality customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional lettings process Work closely with the existing lettings teams to ensure seamless daily operations Conduct property appraisals, attend viewings, and manage negotiations Monitor the local property market to identify growth opportunities and market trends Essential Skills

Strong ability to win instructions and develop a portfolio. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team A customer–focused approach with a commitment to providing a high standard of service ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential Confident in the use of a computer and data management systems essential Full driving license with access to a vehicle Experience

Proven experience in residential lettings or sales is essential.
