We re looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering an outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

You ll be responsible for managing the day–to–day lettings operation, including:

Managing landlord and tenant relationships Marketing properties and generating new instructions Conducting valuations and securing new business Managing viewings, offers and negotiations Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals Ensuring properties and tenancies meet relevant legal requirements Supporting and developing the lettings team Achieving individual and company targets About You

We re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in residential lettings Confident, organised and commercially minded An excellent communicator and negotiator Customer–focused with strong attention to detail Comfortable working towards targets Knowledgeable about current lettings legislation and best practice A team player with the ability to take ownership and lead by example What We Offer
