Description
Labourer – Property Maintenance
Location: Darlington
Contract: Ongoing / Temporary
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a reliable Labourer to work with an established property maintenance company in the Darlington area.
The role will involve supporting tradespeople with day-to-day maintenance and repair works across properties, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Duties will include:
* Assisting tradespeople with general maintenance works
* Moving materials, tools and equipment
* Basic labouring and minor maintenance tasks
* Preparing and clearing work areas
* Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
* Loading/unloading materials and disposing of waste
* Following all Health & Safety procedures
* Working professionally within occupied and void properties
Requirements:
xjnqpsq * Previous labouring or maintenance experience preferred
* Good practical ability and strong work ethic
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working as part of a maintenance team
* CSCS advantageous but not essential depending on experience
