Bennett & Game are representing a well-established and specialist architectural practice based in Cheadle, Cheshire, who are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their growing technical team.

With over 40 years of experience, our client has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality architectural projects across the UK, with a particular specialism in the Automotive sector. The practice works with some of the world's leading automotive brands, delivering high-end showroom environments, workshops and associated commercial facilities.

The successful candidate will initially support the team on the rollout of new corporate identities and showroom environments for major automotive clients, before developing into a more technically focused position as these schemes progress onto site. This will provide excellent exposure to RIBA Stages 4 and 5, technical design, detailing, coordination and construction delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with good Revit skills who is looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive and experienced team. The practice has a strong track record of investing in junior staff and offers genuine opportunities to progress as your experience develops.

Produce and develop architectural and technical drawings using RevitSupport the preparation of detailed design and construction informationAssist with projects progressing through RIBA Stages 4 and 5Develop an understanding of construction detailing, materials and technical designAssist Architects and senior Technologists with the production of technical packagesSupport the coordination of architectural information with consultants and other disciplinesAssist with resolving technical queries and design issuesGain exposure to construction projects and site deliverySupport the rollout of new corporate identities and showroom environments for major automotive clientsWork on high-quality commercial and technically demanding projectsDevelop knowledge of Building Regulations, construction standards and technical requirementsWork collaboratively within a close-knit team of Architects, Technologists and AssociatesProgress towards taking greater responsibility for technical delivery as experience developsJunior Architectural Technologist Requirements
