Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work on a temporary contract across social housing properties in Bolton.This role will involve carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Fitting and repairing internal and external doorsKitchen fitting and repairsSkirting boards, architraves and boxing-inHanging doors and fitting door furnitureWindow repairs and replacementsFlooring and laminate repairsGeneral second-fix joineryCarrying out repairs within occupied and void social housing propertiesEnsuring work areas are left clean and safe
What you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery (preferred)Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experienceFull UK Driving LicenceOwn tools
