Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a well–established building and maintenance contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishment programme on void social housing properties across Daventry.

This is a temporary opportunity offering regular work with the chance to join a busy team delivering high–quality kitchen replacement programmes within the social housing sector.

The role involves working in occupied properties, carrying out full kitchen strip–outs, installations, and associated carpentry works. You'll work alongside electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators, and flooring contractors to ensure kitchens are completed to a high standard and handed over on time.

We welcome applications from Kitchen Fitters, Kitchen Installers, Carpenter Joiners, Joiners, Multi Skilled Carpenters, Multi Trade Operatives, Property Maintenance Operatives, and Carpenters with experience working within social housing, planned maintenance, or domestic property refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out full kitchen strip–outs, including removing units, tiles, flooring, and associated fixturesInstall floor protection and maintain excellent dust control throughout works in empty homesReceive and check kitchen deliveries to ensure all materials are present before installationComplete full kitchen installations, including units, worktops, plinths, splashbacks, and finishing itemsCarry out general carpentry works, including doors, skirting, and day–to–day repairs across multiple sites when requiredWork closely with other trades to ensure programmes remain on scheduleMaintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and health and safety at all timesRequirements:
