Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Joiners on behalf of a public sector client based in Stirling. This is a long–term opportunity with a possible immediate start.

Pay Rate: 17.39 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Role Overview

You will carry out a range of joinery repairs, maintenance and installation work across housing properties, ensuring all work complies with current regulations and standards. The role involves working in occupied properties and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance across housing stockComplete refurbishment and installation works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doorsUndertake rot repairs and assist with roof works where requiredSupport multi–trade operations as neededLiaise with tenants and stakeholders to deliver a customer–focused serviceEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations at all timesMaintain tools, materials and equipment responsiblyComplete job documentation and report back to supervisorsParticipate in an out–of–hours standby/on–call rota

Requirements

Essential:

Recognised joinery apprenticeship or relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, SVQ, CITB)Experience in repairs, maintenance and construction workExperience working in tenanted/occupied propertiesAbility to interpret drawings and specificationsGood communication and customer service skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirable:

Experience in a multi–trade environmentAdditional trade skills

Working Conditions
