Description
Local authority in Wiltshire are currently looking for an interim facilities lead for an initial contract of 5 months.
Purpose of the role: To lead, manage and deliver the Facilities Management function across the operational estate. The Facilities Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day operation, maintenance, safety and efficiency of the operational estate and facilities. The role will ensure all buildings are kept clean, secure, compliant and a functional working environment that supports service requirements, employee wellbeing, and cost–effective asset management.
