We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative to join a busy student accommodation for the summer period. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the accommodation are handled efficiently and effectively.

You ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.

Duties:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systemsCarry out general repairs, including plumbing, decorating, joinerySupport both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesConduct regular inspections of rooms and communal areasIdentify and address maintenance issues and health & safety risksSupport record-keeping for maintenance logs, inspections, and complianceDeliver a professional and approachable service to residentsCommunicate clearly and effectively across teams and with residents Requirements:
